With just about a week to go before things are due to get started for the next stop of the WSOP Circuit makes it’s way to Caesar’s in Atlantic City things move fast so it’s a good time to look ahead to the action. This stop will feature 11 ring events including one for the Seniors and one for the Ladies also. The biggest event on the schedule will be the 3 Day $1500+$150 Main Event that will start on Friday March 11th and wrap up with the Final Table play at 2PM on the 13th. We’ll expect to see the regular tournament pros in town for at least that one and more than a few will look to play the majority of the scheduled events as usual.

Just a couple of things about the schedule… only one non No Limit Hold ‘Em event this time around and it’s… Limit Omaha High? Odd selection IMO really it seems there’s more players of the Pot-Limit High Omaha game than Limit or even Hi/Lo 8 or better would expect to draw a bigger crowd. Both that and the day chosen may work against the poker room here as I’m going on the record right here saying that there’s going to be less than 100 players for Event #11 on a Tuesday at noon. That being said. I might like to play it. So I shall not wager on how many entries will show up for that one…
Interesting also in that there’s a bunch of Mega Satellites listed at least one each day and two on more than a few… but I’m not sure which tournament you gain entry to so I’ll use my sleuthy skills to get to the bottom of it for the readers of the blog and update things here when I get to the bottom of it.
